Phaze III - Transforming an idea into a project
The purpose of the third phase is to give the idea the shape of a project, to distribute the planning, height, orientation and type of structure in accordance with the existing geological and geodetic conditions.
Phaze IV - Detailed project processing
The main goal of detailed design is to preserve and refine the original idea as much as possible, with the involvement of designers and structural engineers.
Phaze - V Obtaining a permit from the City Hall
At this stage, the developed project is brought into compliance with the current legislation.
